Exchange Policy

1. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2. We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

3. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

4. ALL ITEMS IN THE SALE SECTION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE, PLEASE BE SURE OF SIZE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

5. All the purchases will be non-refundable.

6. WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS & REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OR GARMENT ONCE PER ORDER.

7. The validity of gift vouchers and vouchers issued for exchange will be of 6 months.

8. Please use the store credit in one go while placing the order. No new store credit will be issued in any circumstances.

9. We don’t have a reverse pick-up facility. Please send your product back to the address below for exchange.

Cancellations by customer

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at labelachira@gmail.com. We appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (in case of pre-paid order).

If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order).

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Labelachira and accepts Labelachira's decision regarding the cancellation.

Refund

Note: Refund is not applicable to any dresses purchased at Wamatrendz in any case. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. Please use a pocket-friendly courier service to send the product back.

1. Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.

2. Return is not accepted if a customer wants to exchange the dress with a different dress (in special cases we deduct a handling and shipping cost for another dress that is 250/- rupees).

3. Return is not accepted if a customer does not like the Cloth Material of the dress. Please read the description before ordering.

4. Return is not accepted if a customer is not satisfied as we commit to delivering what we have displayed and the prices we have charged are the best possible.

5. Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

6. No Refund, Return & Exchange For The 999 Store

7. Refund is applicable for only wrong and damaged products

Exchanges are accepted only if there is some manufacturing defect, then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below).

The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment, you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.

If the garment size doesn’t fit you at all, you can send it for exchange and request a different size (the courier charges will be deducted from the amount which is Rupees 250/-).

Please write a note with your order no and size required for the dress.

You are not allowed to buy a different dress. You will be getting the same dress in a bigger or smaller size as per your note.

If a product is wrongly delivered to you, or there is some manufacturing defect from our end please send it back to us as we don’t have a reverse pick-up facility, we will refund your courier charges. (We will issue a refund of Rs. 250/- the maximum for courier charges, we advise our clients to go with a feasible courier company)

10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

Any product that needs to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick-ups & the second round of shipping is paid by the customer as mentioned above.

Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery.

The number of duties and taxes depends on the policies of your destination country.

Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.

The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it.

Also, the garment should be properly folded and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

All the sales & discounted purchase is non-exchangeable.

No exchange or return for Home furnishing & Jewellery.

Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)

(Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
